Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your items ship, we will send a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom furniture or oversized home decor items may require additional processing time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Koh ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood is FSC-certified and our textiles are sourced from ethical suppliers to ensure high quality with a low environmental footprint.
